Sleeve does show some wear and there is a corner that appears to have been cut. The sleeve has been signed by the following. I believe this is Ernest Tubbs 1970s band lineup. Ultra rare ro have all signatures on one piece. I cannot find another one like this, though there are many autographs of Ernest alone.
